It’s simple really – drink lots of water! As cliché as it is, it really works! i drink up to 5 Litres a day! Beauty starts from the inside! Being a beach baby, I love jumping in the ocean too- nothing beats the salt on your skin and just feeling alive.

I really do believe in a healthy body and a healthy mind. The two need to work in unison. Relaxation, being chilled, and getting beauty sleep, that’s the best tip.
