Postage and handling:

Australia Wide:

We use Australia post for all Australia wide deliveries. This comes at a flat rate of $9.95.  All Australian orders over $100 attract complimentary shipping.

After your order has been placed you will receive notification.  We pick and pack your orders on the day of order placement and dispatch the following day.  (orders need to be placed by 12pm for next day dispatch)

Please allow 3 working days (commencing the day after you have placed your order) for receipt of your parcel.   If you are in a regional area please allow upto 5 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification from us that your order has been sent.

If you have not received your package within the above time frames please contact us immediately. We will send your Australia Post tracking number and also commence investigation to retrieve your parcel.


International:

We use International standard Australia post for all International orders.  Orders over $150 (currency equivalent) will attract complimentary International shipping

For all orders under $150 (currency equivalent) shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your basket weight and country of destination.

All orders will be packed and prepared for dispatch the day after the order has been placed.  The order will then be dispatched the day after packing. (therefore picking and packing preparation time is 2 days) Depending on the destination country, your order will take approximately 1-2 weeks.

If your email and mobile have been provided on your order, then Australia Post will provide you with notifications during transit.

If your parcel has not arrived within the provided time frames, please contact us immediately so that we can forward your tracking details and commence investigation to retrieve your parcel.

* to receive complimentary international shipping you must fill out the contact form on our home page with your name and email address.  You will then receive an email notification with your coupon code to use at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes:

As the purchaser you are responsible for resolving duties and taxes that maybe applicable in your country.  Please keep abreast of your email and junk mail in the case of any customs and duties notifications.  In some cases your parcel may be withheld by customs until the relevant taxes have been paid.


If your country is not available on our check out page please contact us  We will be able to complete your order manually and email an electronic invoice to you for payment.
